Home Help Exercising
Being a housewife is a full time job and often there are not enough hours in the day to fit in all the tasks you have to do. Surprisingly enough, all those boring mundane household chores such as vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting can add up to a quite a strenuous exercise routine, the type that health experts view as potentially being more beneficial than a proper workout. Naturally the harder you work at dusting or vacuuming , the more calories you burn and the better the results are.
Stairs: forget about investing in a step machine when you have your very own. Carrying clothes upstairs, bringing laundry down, going upstairs to make the beds, bringing trash cans down- all ideal for strengthening leg muscles.
Vacuuming: spend a morning vacuuming-perfect toning exercise for the arms and back.
Walkies-: take the dog for a 30 minute walk each day -perfect all round exercise
Dusting: some people work out better with music so play your favorite music whilst you dust and it will help you to put more effort into the cleaning.
